2. What this site does not do

dabox-ai.fr is a static site. There is no user account, no form, no cart and no file upload. It sets no cookies, uses no advertising tracker, no embedded social widget and no analytics. Fonts are served from this domain: no request is made to any third party when a page is displayed. No profiling, no automated decision-making, no sale of data.

3. What is processed nonetheless

Hosting provider technical logs

The hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) logs requests reaching its servers — IP address, timestamp, page requested, user agent. This processing is necessary to deliver and secure the service.

  • Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) — keeping the site available and secure.
  • Retention: as per the hosting provider's policy, for technical and security purposes.
  • Transfer outside the EU: Vercel Inc. is established in the United States. Transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Emails you send us

If you write to cedric@dabox-ai.fr, we process your address and the content of your message in order to reply.

  • Legal basis: legitimate interest — answering an enquiry; or pre-contractual steps where your message concerns an engagement.
  • Retention: three years from the last exchange, then deletion.
  • Recipients: the director alone. No transmission to third parties, save where legally required.

4. Our software is covered separately

This policy covers this site, and nothing else. Applications and extensions published by DABOX ship with their own privacy policy, describing the data they actually process. A site policy is not an app policy.

5. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability set out in the GDPR. To exercise them, write to cedric@dabox-ai.fr. We reply within one month.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — cnil.fr — or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
